Diversity And Inclusion
We are committed to a work environment that embraces diversity and inclusion, regardless of age, nationality, gender or religion. This is underpinned by our core values to be respectful, collaborative, progressive, responsible and efficient. Our approach focuses on attracting, developing and retaining the best talent. We value the benefits that a diverse workforce offers and in creating a respectful environment where employees can unlock their full potential.

Gender Balance

Women have been instrumental in driving growth and development for both ADNOC and the UAE, and we are proud to have female leaders in over 20% of our leadership positions. We are committed to supporting a more inclusive workplace, where we create opportunities for future generations of women. As a merit-based and performance driven organization, our employees, regardless of gender, are recognized for their performance and tangible achievements. We believe gender diversity brings different perspectives, impact, and experience to the workplace, and as a result leads to more innovative business solutions, higher levels of productivity and more creativity.
Women At ADNOC
We have successfully implemented policies and created an environment that attracts more female talent and provides opportunities for their professional growth. Whilst women’s representation in the energy sector in the Middle East and North Africa region ranges between 7% to 9%, they represent 12% of ADNOC's employees. UAE Nationals represent 89% of female employee population. Today, the ADNOC Group has two female CEOs and one EVP and more than 17 women in board positions, as well as a growing number of women in critical technical positions at our operational sites. In total, we have over 850 women working across ADNOC operational sites. More than 40% of females are working in technical positions.
