The ADNOC Scholarship Program is open to a select number of talented individuals, following a competitive application process. We provide guidance and support for outstanding students to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate programs in specialized disciplines at prestigious institutions, both within the UAE and internationally.

The program includes more than 80 universities ranked among the best in The Times Top 100 Higher Education World University Rankings.

The program was developed to empower high potential UAE nationals with training across various technical disciplines. These subjects are chosen in line with the industrial and economic objectives of ADNOC and the UAE.

What We Look For
The application and interview process is designed to identify UAE Nationals with a strong work ethic and core values that align with those of ADNOC.

Prospective scholars should have already received a conditional letter of acceptance from our list of approved universities, for one of the following majors:

Shortlisted candidates are required to undertake a medical assessment to assess suitability for their chosen discipline. Additionally, they need to confirm they have no obligations that may conflict with their studies. For those who are eligible for national service, this should include the ability to provide a military service release letter.
