The ADNOC RO'YA Program is designed to nurture the next generation of Emirati talent in the UAE. We accept applications from young and talented Emirati high school students who have completed grade 10, to join our program. The program includes two intensive summer workshops in Abu Dhabi (Summer 1, 2024 and Summer 2, 2025), followed by a brief refresher program during the winter break.
Program Objectives
Students will participate in monthly mentorship sessions at Khalifa University to work on projects and assignments throughout the program which include:
Introducing students to the energy sector.
Helping students build their leadership and business skills.
Enhancing team building and communication skills through group projects and collaboration.
Providing hands-on learning experience through exposure to laboratory work and artificial intelligence in the energy industry.

The Eligibility Criteria
UAE National Student.
Enrolled in grade 10 (or equivalent) within the UAE at the time of nomination. (Cumulative average of 85% or above)
Record of academic achievements and supporting school transcript.
Demonstrates proficiency in English, including reading, comprehension, and writing abilities.
Available to participate in the selection process and entry exam in person. (Math, English and Personality assessments)
Selection Requirements
Self-nominate through ADNOC portal.
Attach the latest school certificate – grade 10 (PDF Format).
Pass an English, Math and ability test.
Successfully complete a panel interview.
