The Ro'ya Program
The ADNOC High School Summer Program is designed to nurture the next generation in UAE. We are currently accepting application from young and talented Emirati high school students who completed grade 10, to join our program. The program includes two intensive summer workshops in Abu Dhabi (Summer 1, 2022 and Summer 2, 2023), followed by a brief refresher program during the winter break.
Program Objectives
Students will participate in monthly mentorship sessions with Khalifa University to work on projects and assignments throughout the program.
- Introduce students to the energy sector.
- Help students build their leadership and business skills.
- Enhance team-building and communication skills through group projects and collaboration.
- Provides hands-on learning experience through exposure to laboratory work and artificial intelligence in the energy industry.
The Eligibility Criteria
- UAE National Student
- Currently enrolled in grade 10 (or equivalent) within the UAE at the time of nomination
- Provide a record of academic achievements and supporting school transcript.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English, including:- reading, comprehension, and writing abilities.
- Available to participate in the selection process and entry exam in person.
Selection Requirements
- Attach the latest school certificates– grade 10 (PDF format).
- Pass an English and Math entry exam.
- Successfully complete a panel interview.
- Successfully pass an ability assessment.
