What We Look For
The application and interview process is designed to identify UAE Nationals with a strong work ethic and core values that align with those of ADNOC.
Prospective scholars should have already received a conditional letter of acceptance from our list of approved universities, for one of the following majors:

Shortlisted candidates are required to undertake a medical assessment to assess suitability for their chosen discipline. Additionally, they need to confirm they have no obligations that may conflict with their studies.
For those who are eligible for national service, this should include the ability to provide a military service release letter.
