ADNOC Accelerator Program – RO’YA is a prestigious youth development program designed to identify and develop high potential Emirati students. Through a carefully curated learning experience, participants gain early exposure to the energy sector and a deeper understanding of future focused academic and career pathways.

Program Objectives
Students will have opportunity to participate with ADNOC & selected universities to work on projects & assignments throughout the program which include:
• Introducing students to the energy sector.
• Helping students build their leadership and business skills.
• Enhancing team building and communication skills through group projects and collaboration.
• Providing hands-on learning experience through exposure to laboratory work and artificial intelligence in the energy industry.
